These are places that you can visit virtually in the link. Here is the result and I appreciate everyone that comments.

SLJ: My Insect Art

I made an insect art work with my brother recently. We made the flying insect, a butterfly. The leaves represent the wings and the pedals are the decorations for the wings. My brother named it Todoroki which he got from his favorite anime show. That piece of decoration is a flower. We made it look like the butterfly is drinking nectar from the flower. I am very proud of the result.

Oil and Pastels

We made a contrast picture. My  contrast picture was a comparison of two pictures ,the first was a butterfly and the second was a bunch of grapes. To make the picture l used a light colour then l checked with my teacher. Then I drew it  with three oil pastels and painted it yellow and pink.

The seven sisters

We were learning about Matariki stars. We can only see the Matariki stars once a year. My picture was made with colour at the back and black paint on top of it.  When the paint was dried we scratched it with our pencils to make the Matariki stars.
