"Unfortunately" or "Fortunately" Writing

Malo lei lie everyone ,today I did a piece of writing showing the writing tense of "Unfortunately" and "Fortunately". These are adverbs meaning  that "An adverb is a word used to tell more about a verb".

Her is my piece of writing about My birthday.

STORY: My Birthday

Fortunately, my birthday arrived and I was in that blissful moment feeling ecstatic!!!

Unfortunately, a few family members could not make it due to the afternoon weather forecast.

Fortunately, I was filled with joy in those heartfelt moments of unwrapping those love crafted gifts. Unfortunately, I felt like I did not deserve it, it was too good to be hopefully true.

Fortunately,  the guests enjoyed their night as much as I did and it all ended with me doing a traditional “Tau'olunga” to my people to say thank you.Unfortunately, the night came to an end and everyone started to leave after saying goodbye to me.

Fortunately, I enjoyed my night and wished so badly it would be replayed  again.

THANK YOU, ALILIA

  4. Fabulous, Alilia. Great writers use their 'known' and their 'world' to write about and you do this so well. Keep at it, I'm enjoying seeing all the writing you have been doing over lockdown.
