Tena koutou katoa and warm greetings to everyone. I created a xylophone recently. The items I used was five long pieces of paper and a roll of sellotape. First things first, I rolled the long pieces of paper to make tubes. To hold the tubes in place sellotaped it and then I stuck it together with more sellotape. Here is the result.
Hi Alilia,
ReplyDeleteGreat xylophone! How did it sound when you tried to tap it?

Kia ora Alilia,
ReplyDeleteI really like the bright blue xylophone you have created for this week's Nanogirl activity - ka pai! I hope it made some great sounds when you tapped it. Please let us know! Maybe you could make a video so we can listen.
Did you have a go at making an xylophone out of glasses filled with water? I tried this and it was so much fun. I'm trying to learn how to play Jingle Bells for Christmas day...I only have two more sleeps!
Keep up the great learning over the summer.
Fiona (SLJ).
