SLJ || Create something that can float

 Hi everyone, how's your summer been going?

So far, I have loved doing Christmas shopping almost everyday but we first prepared our gifts.

Christmas is coming up!

Early Merry Christmas Everyone!

Sorry, I could not do the tasks yesterday because I was really busy and I could not do today's tasks really early but I promise I will do them all right now and post them on my blog.

So for today's challenge, we had to create something that floats.

Transportation now days are by using ships,boats and excetra. We have really developed our creations of having boats around.

According to our information, Egyptians are our superiors of inventing the transportation known as Boats. You see our information can only go so far, my personal theory is that it was created much more earlier than that but really it still is a mystery we can not completely confirm.

The small boat was a prototype so then we I and my sister made so more but bigger ones.

I'm sorry I couldn't get a video of it, but we actually put in these chopsticks and it could hold 7 individual chopsticks { so not 7 pairs = 3 pairs + 1 extra }. My house was a bit too noisy because we had three people visiting { well, two and a half = their cute little baby son }.

When the visitors we came we gave them some cookies and ate with them { I made them }.

Thank you || Malo Aupito || Meitaki  🇹🇴 🇨🇰

Kind Regards, Alilia

    It is me Quein again a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. That is awesome to hear that you have been enjoying the Summer holidays.I really enjoyed the introduction and positive attitude that you have in your post- Ka Pai. It looks awesome and I can see that you put a lot of effort into the activity and your blog post. It is also really good to hear that you have people visiting you and your family during the holidays, that is one of my favorite things about Christmas, spending time with family and friends.

    Interesting fact is that the Ancient Egyptians built their wooden boats without nails. Have you ever been on a boat, if so what did you like about it? I enjoy taking the ferry to the city . It is so relaxing.

    Keep up the Super work and I hope to see more of your posts during the Summer Learning Journey!!

    Ngā mihi,
    Quein
