Are we feeling okay? Well I hope so.
Today, I have done the task called found sound. We were challenged to find any objects to make wierd noises. To be honest I thought it was going to be okay but when I grabbed my objects it kind of sounded horrible just using them.

what types of sounds do you like to hear?
Music? Well get ready for musical madness, both me and my brother hated it from the start but at least we tried. The objects I had in hand were 3 sketch books, a recipe book {I borrowed it from my mum }and some chopsticks to tap them.

It is me Quein again a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. I really enjoyed seeing your engagement with SLJ. I really enjoyed the sounds that you found, it was awesome as it shows that you had to use your creativity and initiative when thinking about what objects can make certain sounds. I wear glasses and I realised that when I open my glass case it sounds like an old door opening. I think it is fantastic that you and your brother gave it a go, that is a fantastic attitude to have and will serve you well in the future. You should be very proud of your mahi!!!

Do you enjoy playing instruments? I used to play the drums when I was younger and I really enjoyed listening to the beats and rhythms.
