Kenning Poem Introduction \\ Today, our task was to make kenning poems about animals that we see in summer. Firstly, I did bees because they love summer. They collect nectar from the flowers which blossom in the summer. I chose rabbits because well last summer break we saw a lot of rabbits. Now, dogs. I guess I chose them because a variety of people globally love dogs.

ReplyDeleteKia Ora Alilia,
ReplyDeleteI'm Chisa from Panmure Bridge School, I really loved the kenning poems that you have made and it is very true that the animals that you have picked are kind of the best pets to have. What did you find hard about making the kenning poem?
Great Job Alilia!

My name is Quein and I am a blog commenter for the Manaiakalani Summer Learning Journey. This is FANTASTIC!!! kenning poem, thank you for putting in all this effort and time it is Great to see. I once had a dog called a German Shepherd who loved to play cricket with me so I have to agree with your statement that people like dogs. I agree these are probably the best pets ever to have.
Keep up the amazing work!!!
Do you have any tips for fellow bloggers on how to create a kenning poem?
